The CD45RA FITC antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes the CD45RA isoform of the CD45 antigen. CD45RA is expressed on naive T cells and B cells. This antibody can be used for flow cytometry analysis of CD45RA expression on lymphocytes. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The concentration is 0.5 mg/mL.
