The Caprico CD45RO Antibody Alexa Fluor 750 Conjugated, Clone UCHL1, 100 Tests (4078045) is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to the CD45RO isoform of the CD45 antigen. It is conjugated to Alexa Fluor 750 fluorescent dye and supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. This antibody is intended for flow cytometry applications. It can be used for analyzing and identifying memory T cells that express CD45RO. The recommended usage is 5 μL (0.25 μg) per test.
