The CD45RO PE Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to the CD45RO antigen. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is intended for use in flow cytometry. This antibody recognizes the CD45RO isoform, which is expressed on memory T cells, activated T cells, and weakly on NK cells and granulocytes. It can be used for analyzing the distribution of memory T cell populations and monitoring T cell activation. This antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The recommended usage is 5 μL (0.25 μg) per test.
