The CD45RO PE-CF594 antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to the CD45RO isoform of the CD45 antigen. CD45RO is expressed on memory T cells and activated T and B lymphocytes. This antibody is conjugated to PE-CF594, a tandem fluorochrome with excitation peaks of 488 nm and 561 nm. It is suitable for flow cytometry applications. The antibody is supplied at 0.2 mg/mL in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 2 mg/mL BSA. It is certified for flow cytometry and tested for human samples. The clone is UCHL1.
