The protein migrates as 30-48 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;Immobilized Biotinylated Mouse CD47, His,Avitag (Cat. No. CD7-M82E4) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (0.5 μg/well) plate, can bind Mouse SIRP alpha, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin (Cat.
