The Caprico CD5 Antibody APC Conjugated is a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD5. It is conjugated to Allophycocyanin (APC) and is designed for flow cytometry applications. This antibody recognizes the 67kD CD5 antigen found on most thymocytes, T lymphocytes, and a subset of B cells. It can be used for immunophenotyping studies of leukemias and lymphomas and for research use only. The antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. Each vial contains 100μg antibody.
