The Caprico CD5 (MFLLUOR450) Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD5. It is conjugated to MFLLUR450, a fluorescent dye with an excitation max of 450nm and emission max of 466nm. This antibody is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemistry assays. It is specific for CD5, a pan T-cell surface marker important for T-cell activation. This antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The recommended dilution for flow cytometry is 1:50.
