The Caprico CD56 Antibody APC Conjugated is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD56. It is conjugated to APC (allophycocyanin) and is intended for flow cytometry applications. This antibody recognizes the 140kD and 180kD isoforms of CD56, also known as NCAM, expressed on NK cells and subsets of T cells. It can be used for analyzing or sorting CD56+ cell populations. The antibody is provided at a concentration of 0.2 mg/mL in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 2 mg/mL bovine serum albumin. Recommended dilution is 1:100. Each vial contains 100 tests. This product should be stored at 4°C protected from prolonged exposure to light.
