CD56 Antibody from is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that recognizes human CD56. It is unconjugated and has been tested by flow cytometry. The immunogen is human NK cells. This antibody reacts with a 175 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on NK cells and a subset of T cells. It can be used for flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and Western blot applications. The antibody is supplied as 100 μg purified antibody in PBS with 0.09% sodium azide and 0.2% gelatin.
