The Caprico CD56 (PE-Cyanine7) Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD56. It is conjugated to PE-Cyanine7 and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemistry assays. This antibody reacts with natural killer cells and a subset of CD3+ T cells. It does not cross-react with other leukocyte populations. The immunogen is an NK leukemia cell line. This antibody is provided as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, containing 0.2% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.
