The Caprico PE Anti-Human CD3 Antibody is a phycoerythrin-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to the human CD3 antigen. It is intended for use in flow cytometry and other immunofluorescence-based applications to identify T lymphocytes. This antibody recognizes the epsilon chain of the CD3 complex and has been tested for cross-reactivity in rhesus, cynomolgus, and baboon samples. According to the manufacturer, this antibody is supplied azide-free and in PBS, pH 7.2, with 0.2% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide, at a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
