The Caprico CD64 FC Receptor Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD64, also known as Fc gamma RI or FcγRI. It is commonly used in flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunoprecipitation applications. This antibody is produced in ascites and purified by protein G chromatography. It is supplied as 100 μg in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% gelatin. The immunogen is human monocytic cell line U937. This antibody is validated for flow cytometry analysis of CD64 expression on blood leukocytes. It can help identify monocytes and macrophages.
