The Caprico CD64 (IFluor647) Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD64. It is conjugated to IFluor647, a far-red fluorescent dye. CD64, also known as Fc gamma receptor I (FcγRI), is expressed on monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, and eosinophils. This antibody can be used in flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and other fluorescent detection methods to identify CD64-expressing cells. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 2 mg/ml BSA. Recommended dilutions range from 1:50 to 1:200 for flow cytometry.
