The CD64 (PE-CF594) antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD64, also known as Fc gamma receptor I (FcγRI). CD64 is highly expressed on monocytes and macrophages and is upregulated in response to inflammatory stimuli. This antibody is conjugated to PE-CF594, a tandem fluorochrome with excitation peaks of 488 nm and 561 nm. It is suitable for flow cytometry applications. The antibody is supplied at 0.2 mg/mL in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 2 mg/mL carrier protein.
