The Caprico CD66b (IFluor594) Antibody is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that is conjugated to IFluor 594 fluorescent dye. It is specific for human CD66b, also known as CEACAM8, with no cross-reactivity to other CD antigens. CD66b is expressed on granulocytes including neutrophils, eosinophils, and basophils. This antibody can be used for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and other fluorescent detection methods. The IFluor 594 dye excites at 590 nm and emits at 617 nm.
