The EasySep™ HLA Chimerism Whole Blood CD66b Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate highly purified CD66b+ cells from fresh whole blood by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD66b and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD66b antigen is expressed on mature granulocytes. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction for lineage-specific chimerism analysis.This product replaces the EasySep™ Human Whole Blood CD66b Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18682) for even faster cell isolations.
