It is conjugated to FITC and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry. This antibody detects macrophages and monocytes. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The immunogen is human monocyte membranes. This antibody is recommended for detection of CD68 on human peripheral blood monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells by flow cytometry.
