The CD7 APC Cyanine7 Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a mouse monoclonal antibody that targets human CD7. It is conjugated to APC-Cyanine7 and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry. This antibody recognizes the 40-44 kDa CD7 antigen found on thymocytes, T cells, NK cells, and some acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. It is available in 100 tests at a concentration of 0.1 mg/mL with sodium azide as a preservative. The immunogen is a human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line.
