The CD7 Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD7. CD7 is a 40-60 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein found on thymocytes and mature T cells. This antibody is unconjugated and is recommended for detection of CD7 protein in Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry. The antibody is supplied as 100 μg purified antibody in PBS with 0.09% sodium azide and 0.2% gelatin.
