The CD7 (IFluor 488) antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD7. It is conjugated to IFluor 488 fluorescent dye and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemistry assays. This antibody detects the 40-44 kDa CD7 antigen found on thymocytes, T cells, NK cells, hematopoietic stem cells and myeloid cells. It can be used to identify T cell populations and malignancies. The IFluor 488 dye has an excitation max of 493 nm and emission max of 518 nm.
