The CD7 PerCP-Cyanine5.5 antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD7. It is conjugated to PerCP-Cyanine5.5 and is intended for flow cytometry applications. This antibody recognizes a 40 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein found on thymocytes and mature T cells. It can be used for immunophenotyping of leukemias and lymphomas. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, containing 0.2% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide. It should be stored at 2-8°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. The clone is 8H8.19.
