The CD71 FITC Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) conjugated monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD71. CD71, also known as the transferrin receptor protein 1 (TFRC), is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on proliferating cells such as activated lymphocytes and erythroid precursors. This antibody can be used in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence assays to identify CD71 expressing cells. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The concentration is 0.5 mg/mL.
