The Caprico CD73 FITC Antibody is a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD73. It is conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemistry assays. This antibody recognizes the ecto-5'-nucleotidase CD73, a 70 kDa GPI anchored cell surface enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of AMP to adenosine. CD73 is expressed on various cell types including endothelial and epithelial cells and plays a role in modulating purinergic signaling. This antibody is provided azide-free and in liquid form at a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
