The CD79b Antibody (HM47/A9) is a monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD79b. It is conjugated to mFluorTM 450 and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and Western blot applications. This antibody recognizes the extracellular domain of CD79b, also known as Igβ. CD79b associates with CD79a to form the B cell antigen receptor complex and plays an essential role in B cell development and activation. This antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and is supplied at 0.5 mg/mL in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide.
