The CD79b Antibody is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that recognizes human CD79b. CD79b forms a complex with CD79a that associates with membrane-bound IgM to form the B cell antigen receptor. This antibody is useful for detecting human B cells by flow cytometry. It is unconjugated, azide-free, and low endotoxin. The antibody is supplied at 0.5 mg/mL in PBS with 0.1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide. Recommended usage is 2-10 ug/mL for flow cytometry. This antibody is also available in other sizes and conjugated formats.
