The Caprico CD8 Antibody APC Conjugated is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD8. It is conjugated to APC fluorochrome and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. This antibody recognizes the 32-34 kDa CD8 antigen found on most thymocytes, the majority of mature T lymphocytes, and some NK cells. Recommended usage is 2-10 ug/mL for flow cytometry. This antibody is pre-titrated and quality-tested for consistent performance.
