The Caprico CD8 APC-Cyanine7 antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD8. It is conjugated to APC-Cyanine7 and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. This antibody recognizes the 32-34 kDa alpha chain of CD8. It reacts with cytotoxic/suppressor T cells but not with helper T cells. The immunogen is human thymocytes and leukemic T-cells. This antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The concentration is 0.5 mg/mL.
