The CD8 APC-Cyanine7 antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD8. It is conjugated to APC-Cyanine7 and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA. This antibody recognizes the 32-34 kDa CD8 alpha chain. It has been tested for cross-reactivity in rhesus, cynomolgus, and baboon samples. The recommended usage is 5 ul per test when staining 100 ul of whole blood. This antibody is supplied as 0.1 mg in 0.2 ml of PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% gelatin. It should be stored at 4°C protected from light.
