The CD8 APC-iFluor 700 antibody from Thermo Fisher Scientific is a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD8. It is conjugated to allophycocyanin (APC) and iFluor 700 fluorescent dyes and is intended for flow cytometry applications. This antibody can be used to identify cytotoxic T cells that express CD8. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The recommended usage is 5 μL (0.25 μg) per test. It has been tested for flow cytometry applications using human peripheral blood samples. When used correctly, this antibody allows clear identification and analysis of CD8+ T cells.
