The Caprico CD8 FITC Antibody is a fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) conjugated monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD8. It is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and immunohistochemistry. This antibody binds to the 32-34 kDa alpha chain of human CD8. It recognizes the CD8 alpha chain of cytotoxic T cells and thymocytes. The antibody is produced in mice and purified by affinity chromatography. The recommended dilutions are 1:50-1:200 for flow cytometry and 1:50-1:500 for immunohistochemistry. This antibody is offered at 0.5 mg in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 2 mg/ml BSA.
