The CD8 PE-Cyanine7 Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD8. It is conjugated to PE-Cyanine7 and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and immunohistochemistry. This antibody reacts with a 32-34 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of the majority of thymocytes, a subpopulation of T cells, and some NK cells. CD8 acts as a co-receptor with MHC class I restricted TCRs in T cell activation.
