The CD8 PE-Cyanine5 antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD8. It is conjugated to PE-Cyanine5 and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA. This antibody recognizes the 32-34 kDa CD8 alpha chain. It has been tested for cross-reactivity in rhesus, cynomolgus, baboon, chimpanzee, and marmoset. The recommended dilution for flow cytometry is 5-25 μl per test and the optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user. This antibody is supplied as 100 tests in 1 ml of solution containing bovine serum albumin and sodium azide. It should be stored at 4°C protected from light.
