The Caprico CD8 PerCP-Cyanine5.5 antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD8. It is conjugated to PerCP-Cyanine5.5 and is suitable for flow cytometry applications. This antibody recognizes the 32-34 kDa alpha chain of the CD8 antigen found on cytotoxic T cells and thymocytes. It can be used to identify cytotoxic/suppressor T cells in peripheral blood, bone marrow, and tissue samples. The recommended dilution for flow cytometry is 5-25 μl per test. This antibody is supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, containing 0.2% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide. It should be stored at 4°C protected from light.
