CD81-FITC is a monoclonal antibody conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) that is used for the detection of CD81, a tetraspanin protein expressed on the surface of various cell types including B cells, T cells, dendritic cells, endothelial cells, and hepatocytes. This antibody is produced in mice and recognizes human, mouse, and rat CD81. It can be used in flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and other fluorescent detection methods to analyze CD81 expression and localization. The unconjugated antibody is also available. This product is supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.2% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.
