The CD90 (Thy-1) PE-Cyanine7 Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that recognizes human, mouse, and rat CD90. It is conjugated to PE-Cyanine7 and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and immunohistochemistry. This antibody recognizes a 25-35 kDa glycoprotein expressed on thymocytes, T cells, neurons, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts. It can be used to identify and isolate mesenchymal stem cells and thymic epithelial progenitor cells. The recommended dilutions for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry are provided. This antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA.
