  • Inhibits endochondral ossification and corpora luteal development.
  • Dose-dependently inhibits the growth of human tumor xenografts (colon, lung, prostate, breast, and ovary) in athymic mice.
  • Shows a reduction in microvessel density within tumors, indicating vascular regression.
