The Cell Activation Cocktail is a pre-mixed reagent that includes PMA (phorbol 12-myristate-13-acetate) and ionomycin. The mixture does not include Brefeldin A. This reagent is used for T cell activation, and increases cell surface expression of certain cell surface markers (e.g. CD69). Provided as 100 μL of 500x premixed solution. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter, PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
