BioChain's NAD+/NADH assay kit provides simple, direct and automation-ready procedure to measure NAD+/NADH concentration. It based on an alcohol dehydrogenase cycling reaction, in which a tetrazolium dye (MTT) is reduced by NADH in the presence of phenazine methosulfate (PMS). The intensity of the product color, measured at 565 nm, is proportionate to the NAD+/NADH concentration in the sample.
