Ginkgo's CFPS Premium kit is Ginkgo's premier cell free protein synthesis (CFPS) product, optimized for the highest yields and most challenging proteins. This E. coli transcription/translation system is optimized to produce proteins from a T7 RNA Polymerase promoter. Reactions consist of a bacterial cell lysate and a reagent mix that contain all components required for protein production; the user simply provides a DNA template encoding the protein of interest under control of a T7 promoter. The kit also contains a Solubility Enhancer that can help improve expression and folding of challenging protein targets. Contents: E. coli lysate, Reagent Mix (3.3x), Solubility Enhancer (10x), and control plasmid. The 100 mL kit enables 5,000 reactions of 20 µL, or reaction volumes can be scaled to your specifications. Storage at -80° C. For research use only.
