Description
An internal standard suitable for quantification of pentylone in synthetic cathinone testing methods by LC/MS or GC/MS for applications in forensic analysis, urine drug testing, or clinical toxicology. Pentylone, developed in the 1960s, is a synthetic cathinone sold in bath salt blends such as 'NRG-1' with other synthetic cathinones including flephedrone, MDPBP, MDPV, and MPPP. Pentylone has also been found in a separate blend with MPPP called 'NRG-3.'
