This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed donkey anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) with CF430 dye. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. 405 nm-excitable green fluorescent CF430 dye has excitation/emission at 426/498 nm. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, Syrian hamster, horse, human, mouse, rat, and sheep serum.
