The Kit can be used for in vitro and in vivo labeling of cells to determine whether or not a cell is proliferating, especially.CFDA SE is a cell-permeable dye, which could bind covalently to all free amines on the surface and inside of cells. It shows little cytotoxicity, with minimal observed effect on the proliferative ability or biology of cells. The intense fluorescent staining provided by CFDA SE which distinguish labeled cells from auto-fluorescence can enable the visualization even after several days post stain, making it an ideal stain for cell tracing studies.
