The HitHunter cGMP Assay is a detection kit offering a robust, sensitive and easy-to-use assay to measure intracellular cGMP levels. This product uses EFC technology, and contains ED-tagged cGMP, anti-cGMP antibody, and pure EA. Upon application to a cell which contains endogenous, untagged cGMP, the anti-cGMP antibody will be sequestered by binding to this untagged cGMP, allowing for EFC between the tagged cGMP and soluble EA. This will produce a proportional level of chemiluminescent signal. This kit may be used with Eurofins DiscoverX cell lines as well as cell lines from other sources.
