Chemerin is a chemoattractant expressed in white adipose, liver, and lung tissues. Chemerin is an agonist for the G-protein coupled receptor CMKLR1 (ChemR23), which is expressed mainly on dendritic cells, macrophages, and some adipocytes. Also an agonist for GPR1. Provided in a non-glycosylated protein form. Provided as 25 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer.
