Column, Chromatography, 45/50 Outer Rodaviss Joint, 3in ID X 24in E.L., 4mm Stopcock. Similar to CG-1192 but with a sealed in COARSE porosity fritted disc to support column packing. Column is constructed using MEDIUM WALL TUBING. Can be used as a gravity eluted column or a flash column (as described by W.C. Still, M. Kahn and A. Mitra of Columbia University in JOURNAL OF ORGANIC CHEMISTRY 43, 2923 [1978], and covered in U.S. Patent Number 4,293,422 dated October 6, 1981) when used with optional CG-1195 flow controller and CG-1194 reservoir. Column is supplied complete with a CG-182 open top cap and o-ring.
