CIP 150 Alkaline Process and Research Cleaner is a specially formulated spray-wash compound that combines an excellent alkaline detergent system with the protein cleaning properties of chlorine. It utilizes improved chemistry, significantly extending the stability of active chlorine. pH - (1%) 12.2.

CIP 150 Alkaline Process and Research Cleaner is specially formulated to meet the unique cleaning demands found in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. The blend of alkalinity, surfactants, and oxidizing agents were developed for the most challenging protein-based process residues.

HOW CIP 150 ALKALINE DETERGENT WORKS

CIP 150 Alkaline Detergent is a proprietary blend of potassium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite (oxidizing agent), surfactants and other performance-enhancing ingredients that provide multiple cleaning mechanisms. This low foaming product removes a wide range of process residues, from fermentation by-products to silicone-based emulsions and lubricants, and is ideal for use in CIP, COP and manual applications.
