For larger sizes, the number of freeze/thaws may be reduced by preparing aliquots, aliquots below 20 μL are not recommended. Please never store a kinase diluted. CLK1 is a dual specificity kinase that phosphorylates PTP-1B and members of the SR family of splicing factors. It is thought to be involved in neuronal differentiation and mRNA splicing. Therefore, the encoded protein may play an indirect role in governing splice site selection.
