Cell Biolabs Inc OxiSelect™ N-epsilon-(Carboxymethyl) Lysine (CML) Competitive ELISA Kit, 96 assays
Supplier: Cell Biolabs Inc STA816
N-epsilon-(Carboxymethyl) Lysine(CML) is a common species of advanced glycation end products (AGE). AGE species are formed from the Maillard reaction, also known as glycation, which is a non-enzymatic reaction of reducing carbohydrates with the N-terminus and/or lysine side chains of proteins, phospholipids, and nucleic acids. Upon formation, CML readily forms adducts with proteins. Cell Biolabs' OxiSelect™ CML Competitive ELISA Kit provides rapid detection of CML-protein adducts in cell and tissue lysates, plasma, serum, or purified proteins. Each kit provides sufficient reagents for 96 assays including standard curve and unknown protein samples.
