Our medium is designed with normal human blood glucose level and is formulated with 10% serum. It becomes a complete medium once activated with the included CultureBoost supplement (4CB-500). This kit consists of 500mL Normal Glucose Medium, 5mL CultureBoost (containing animal derived growth factors) and 10mL Attachment Factor (extracellular matrix reagent for coating flasks). 4N0-500 is certified and intended for experimental application. The media is phenol-red free with no added hormones or antibiotics for optimized experimental conditions. It is certified to be used with more than 100 human and animal cell cultures and cell lines.
