Colony Doc-It Imaging Station is designed to automatically count bacterial, yeast, and mold colonies in less time and with greater accuracy than conventional methods. Features a built in high resolution 12.1 megapixel digital color camera for ultra sharp images. Multiple light sources include Darkfields, Epi white, transillumination white and blue light. The Epi blue light with the optional GFP filter allows visualization of GFP fluorescence detection. Accommodates plates and filter sizes from 33-150 mm. Colony sizes as small as 0.8 mm can be detected.
Innovative, compact design provides the ideal darkroom for use in a limited space. Supplied complete with built-in camera, software and removavble door to create a darkroom chamber.
